Our Mission
TrialVault exists to serve the community that created it: the clubs, secretaries, judges, and volunteers who make trials happen. Our aim is straightforward: give clubs modern, affordable tools to run their events, and bring people and dogs together around the sport they love.
Entries, payments, scoring, reports, club pages, and member email all live in one place, so the people running an event can spend less time on paperwork and more time in the field. We run lean and keep costs low on purpose. The sport comes first.
How it Started
TrialVault began at the 2013–2014 Freedom Rings Terrier Trials in Gunnison, Colorado. Wes Hileman, then a recent high-school graduate with a knack for coding, built a small online registration system for the trials. With feedback from attendees and trial secretaries, and help from his brother Matt, that weekend project grew into the platform you're using today.
Rooted in the Terrier Community
We got our start in the Jack Russell Terrier world, and it's still home. While TrialVault grew up alongside the JRTCA community, the app now supports AWTA, BHA, and all-breed events too.
Whether it's your club's first trial or its fiftieth, we'd love to have you.
