This policy explains what information TrialVault collects and how it is used.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, contact information), the dogs and registrations you create, club memberships, and event participation records. Clubs you join or run may see the information you submit to them.

How we use it

To operate the service — showing your registrations to the clubs you enter, prefilling forms, sending event and membership email you've asked for, and producing the reports clubs need to run events.

Sharing

We share your information with the clubs and events you interact with, and with service providers (email delivery, hosting) that help run TrialVault. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, manage email subscriptions, and request deletion of your account. See also our Terms of Service.
