Welcome to TrialVault. By creating an account, adding a club, or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be authorized to represent any club or organization you add.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, upload unlawful content, or infringe others' rights. Content you publish (club pages, event details) remains yours; you grant TrialVault the rights needed to host and display it.

3. Events and participation

TrialVault provides software for organizing and entering dog events. The hosting club, not TrialVault, is responsible for running its events. Entry into a physical event is governed by that club's own release of liability, presented at registration.

4. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrialVault is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will require you to accept the new version. See also our Privacy Policy.
